The Triton is an auto-unload station designed for fully automated receiving, opening, emptying and returning of carriers. With its soft arrival mechanism, sensitive samples are handled safely. The station opens and closes carriers automatically and uses a plunger system to guarantee complete emptying. The Triton is available for Ø110 and Ø160 pneumatic tube systems and meets the strictest standards for hygiene and traceability, making it especially suited for use in hospitals and laboratories.

What makes the Triton stand out is its versatility in automated delivery. (Sensitive) materials can be emptied and processed in multiple ways, fully tailored to the customer’s process. As an example: the station can be integrated with conveyor belts or connected to other logistics systems. It also supports integration with bulk loaders, allowing blood samples, which are placed in special carriers that require no additional packaging, to be sent directly to analysis units. Fully automated, 24/7 and without the need for human intervention.
